We need some Scout training around here or at least I do. But I guess before I get packed for this California expedition I need to clean up from archery camp. I ran off to church this morning with a couple quivers full and a box full of arrows in the back of the pickup. Hmm, have to do something about that later today.
Yea, I found my Camino pants and I know where my Merrill boots are for this seven mile pilgrimage in Lake Forest. Need to pack a suitcase for a couple of days of camping at Ann-Marie’s bed and breakfast. Please don’t do this last minute Felipe.
One of the readings today was from Paul writing to the Romans. It is one of my favorites just because it is so huge, expansive, universal. “All creation is groaning in labor pains …”. That refers to the work of this time now to bring forth the second coming of Christ. The universe has been groaning for two thousand years and continues. It is preparing bigtime.
Well, I’m going to mosey on. Hope you are getting what you need today. Right now I need some lunch. Walk later at Phil’s Camino today at 4 PM, stop by. Love, Felipe.
Blessings to you on this shared Camino in California! It is something to be taking a camino “on the road” like this:). Much love.
Michelle ~ these people are big supporters of our film and our overall effort. Their walk has to do with the Feast of St James. Which i think is close in there at July 24th or 25th. They have been doing it for a while. They just got my attention this year. Felipe.x
