If I am rushing around doing 10 things in an afternoon, as soon as I get home I turn on the kettle, do the whole ritual of putting the herbs in the cup, shacking it, pour the bit of water, wait a minute to soak, then pour some more and place the straw… sit quietly and have some “mates”… the world 99 times out of 100 just stops, and my soul catches up with my body…
