We have getting up earlier and earlier each morning so that we can get more kilometers in before the afternoon sun. So will have to turn in soon but anytime the wifi is working I try to get a post out. I have been getting some great comments on the blog posts lately. Keep them coming gang!
Here is the real Kelly at home in his baker mode. Biscotti for friends and neighbors. Have to go, keep tuned, Phil.
Thinking of you daily, of course, and now wondering if I am going to get in any kind of shape for our Colockum trip– my pedometer says 23…
I know it’s hard, physically, and when the ones you’re rubbing shoulders with aren’t close by it can feel lonely. But, isn’t walking through aloneness part of the deal of the Camino? To know yourself, just as yourself? It’s vicarious for me, of course, but I’m feeling what you feel in some way, wondering what you wonder, too. Your Caminohead walk, you see, is taking others along, too; letting us glimpse beyond what we’d normally see. A joyful thing to be given, and possible because of what you’ve chosen to share on the way. So thanks again, Buddy.
Hat’s lookin about broke in now, too…
Phil, you know yourself and your needs best but Steve-O has a good insight. The alone time is a good time to take in–to assimilate–all the wonderful people and places you’ve met so far. You’re in the doldrums–beyond the beginning, not yet near the end. Be kind to yourself. Tomorrow will be good, too. Debbie
Deb, It,s full of surprises here and you never quite know what is coming next. Love, Phil.
Good Morning Phil!
I imagine you’re now dancing with the sun!!
I’m really happy this morning because I wake up with the kickstarter link about Phil’s camino!!!
Cheer up and take care!
I send you enthusiasm, gratefulness, energy and a big smile.
Love,
Laura
Laura, You’re a peach. You took such great care fixing our picnic dinner, arranging sardines and such. Love, Phil.
