Mother Natures Beauty (by William, our CCBC)

I consider it an Honour and a Privilege to be Blessed with Good Health that allows me to walk outdoors and Admire the Beauty of My Love, “Mother Nature”.

Here I offer a small example of what has come before my eyes so far this Autumn 2021.

The stunning yellow and gold of the Larch (Tamarack) Quaking Aspen and Poplar trees.

The Majesty of the Canadian Rocky Mountains with their first new snow of the season.

Brilliant blue sky and fresh mountain air………………

Flowers/Wildlife………

The JOY of being Alive……….

  1. Yes, I agree with all those things and add the vision of pilgrims passing through our town every day, getting to speak to some of them, eating a meal with some occasionally. Autumn colors just might be a theme to internalise the weird time we are emerging from and getting ready for a renewal in Spring. I look forward to those buds on trees and green leaves unfurling for us to observe and enjoy.
But right Now, the colors of creation are a gift to be thankful for.

    1. I am so glad, that prior to walking the Camino in 2012,I was advised that Springtime was the best time to go. “You will see Spring unfold before your eyes as you journey west”was what I was told.
After walking through a snow storm, while crossing the Pyrenees Mountains, Spring did indeed unfold.Buds appeared on trees and leaves emerged from their Winter rest………..
