  1. Hi Phil,
Just curious, I’m guessing you walk rain or shine. Also, what’s the length of “one time around” your property? Total walk for the hour is 3 to 4 miles?

    1. Curt ~ One lap is .88 kilometers or a little over 1/2 mile. We walk three of those in an hour. Not a blistering pace but it is mostly about conversation really. Stop by sometime. Felipé.

      1. My wife and I had planned a couple of days on your island on the way to Vancouver Island this last summer, but canceled due to Covid. My immune system, now a year and a few months since my transplant, should be back to normal by next July. We’ve got a quarter mile walking trail on our property. We walk 4 to 8 laps 4 to 5 days a week. So good to get out and get the benefits of “forest bathing” that I’ve read about. My kidney and heart numbers are mostly stable. My gastro system appears to be healing. I’m still in remission, hoping and praying your numbers are stable as well!

        1. Curt ~ it would be great to meet you all if the times give us a chance. Try again this coming summer maybe. And keep walking. And a Happy Thanksgiving. Felipé.
