Repeating Some Wise And Timely Words.

This came up on FaceBook recently:

Message from White Eagle, Hopi indigenous.

“This moment humanity is going through can now be seen as a portal and as a hole. The decision to fall into the hole or go through the portal is up to you.

If you repent of the problem and consume the news 24 hours a day, with little energy, nervous all the time, with pessimism, you will fall into the hole. But if you take this opportunity to look at yourself, rethink life and death, take care of yourself and others, you will cross the portal. Take care of your homes, take care of your body. Connect with your spiritual House.

When you are taking care of yourselves, you are taking care of everything else. Do not lose the spiritual dimension of this crisis; have the eagle aspect from above and see the whole; see more broadly.

There is a social demand in this crisis, but there is also a spiritual demand — the two go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. But without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and lack of meaning. You were prepared to go through this crisis. Take your toolbox and use all the tools available to you.

Learn about resistance of the indigenous and African peoples; we have always been, and continue to be, exterminated. But we still haven’t stopped singing, dancing, lighting a fire, and having fun. Don’t feel guilty about being happy during this difficult time.

You do not help at all being sad and without energy. You help if good things emanate from the Universe now. It is through joy that one resists. Also, when the storm passes, each of you will be very important in the reconstruction of this new world.

You need to be well and strong. And for that, there is no other way than to maintain a beautiful, happy, and bright vibration. This has nothing to do with alienation.
This is a resistance strategy. In shamanism, there is a rite of passage called the quest for vision. You spend a few days alone in the forest, without water, without food, without protection. When you cross this portal, you get a new vision of the world, because you have faced your fears, your difficulties.

This is what is asked of you:
Allow yourself to take advantage of this time to perform your vision-seeking rituals. What world do you want to build for you? For now, this is what you can do — serenity in the storm. Calm down, pray every day. Establish a routine to meet the sacred every day.

Good things emanate; what you emanate now is the most important thing. And sing, dance, resist through art, joy, faith, and love.”🌎

yes, yes, and yes loves, Felipé.

  1. I found an interesting quote and one that puts our scale in the universe to place from the 1973 ‘The Queen of Air and Darkness’scifi novella by Poul Anderson(Poul I’m guessing is the Norwegian for Paul,he was American but of Scandinavian ancestry):’one light year is not much as galactic distances go.you could walk it in 270 million years….’the nearest star ,Proxima Centarui,in the southern hemisphere constellation of Centaurus,is about 4.2 light years away.too far south for most of us to start our walk I suppose in the westside of the USA you’d have to be around San Francisco for the top of Centarurus to be seen or the other Washington, DC,on the eastside, Europe about Athens.

    1. Kevan ~ Let me repeat this for my own benefit. You could walk a light year in 270 million years! I don’t suppose there are weekends and holidays? Felipé.

  2. Hold on to your hat! I’ve worked out it would take 1161000000 years to walk to Proxima Centarui.now there’s a camino!

  3. Millions of lifetimes worth! although thinking about it what’s to wear your boots down in interstellar space? Proxima Centarui is a red dwarf star and despite it’s closeness not naked eye from Earth but the slightly further Alpha Centarui is very bright and I think that it’s the third brightest star.Alpha is made up of two sunlike stars A and B(B’s not to be confused with Beta Centarui which is 391 light years away!). trying to think the last time I saw Alpha Centarui.i saw Canopus, the second brightest star, from Ruwi,Oman about 3 years ago but that not as far south and should, just, start clearing the horizon at San Francisco.i think New Zealand was my last sighting of Alpha Centarui?

  4. Thank you. Seems the Big Picture message to us — to be aware, to be on this moment, wholly, to be still and worship, to listen and to kindle joy— is fresh and resonates as true, and truer and more important with each new voice we hear it from.
I need those voices directed to my ears, certainly, and am delighted, shepherded, guided to my course whenever it happens.
    Thanks for posting it.

  5. Even the Moon is pretty mind boggling but at least a few humans have actually been.we think of it as close but did you know that you can fit every planet in the solar system length wise in the gap twixt the Earth and Moon.consider how big Jupiter is yet it’s girth only fills a tiny bit of the Earth Moon gap.

    1. Kevan ~ we can fathom only tiny bits of this universe. It is meant to be mind boggling apparently. Felipé.

  6. Hola Felipe,

I have read these words of White Eagle 10 times at least by now… and I think I am not yet ready to comment. All I can say is that these are the lines that resonates with me:

“You need to be well and strong. And for that, there is no other way than to maintain a beautiful, happy, and bright vibration. … In shamanism, there is a rite of passage called the quest for vision. You spend a few days alone in the forest, without water, without food, without protection. When you cross this portal, you get a new vision of the world, because you have faced your fears, your difficulties.”

I think it is a mix of the Camino experience, but a bit backwards… as if it would have been the Camino (a few days alone in the forest) that allowed me to be well. Neuroscience has confirmed what the monks in the east and White Eagle knew, that we can influence others with our “vibration”… I guess, we should make mandatory to spend a few days alone in the forest, don’t you think?!

    Monk (ies) loves,
    Cris

    1. Cris ~ this a most amazing little document. It just says it exactly right for us right now. I was so stunned reading it. And different parts of it ring out at different times. But mostly I see the choice between the hole and the portal. We are going to get through that portal. Felipé.x

  7. You could be right but I have a feeling somehow it’s all connected at the underlying level and the distance is nothing?I tend to take a Panentheistic view of it in it’s all interlinked as it emanated from the same source before there was any separation and that that source exists both within and outside of the universe.

    1. Kevan ~ sometimes when I am talking to folks who have a lot of knowledge I feel like I need a whiteboard to write down the bullet points and try to keep things straight. I am trying to keep up with you buddy! Felipé.

  8. Funnily enough I, about 5 hours ago,was lying on a sand dune in the sun,23c today, reading about such matters on my phone,a rather long article about Plotinus which is taking me sometime to digest.it seems that Plotinus was one of the first,3rd century,to see God in terms of negative theology,ie/to say what God is not rather than is.this was amalgamated into Christianity although Plotinus himself was a pagan and would seem to have been of either the pantheist or panentheist persuasion.strangley his idea of the One, the source of what exists, being a singularity beats modern science to the idea by about 2000 years!and in a similar vein I see that life may have been discovered high in the clouds of Venus but we must be cautious as we’ve heard it all before about Mars…. inconclusive.oh and we’re starting to get your smoke from the west of the USA and BC, Canada, not sure if western Mexico is aflame I suppose that they must have forests there thus forest fires?the amazing thing is it coming to Europe via the Pacific and Asia and not the Atlantic!it is as they say ‘a small world’?

    1. Kevan ~ you are the traveling man! I am glad to hear that you are recreating and studying at the same time. We are coughing and sneezing at the same time! That’s where we are at. Felipé.
